Rent Guarantee Insurance
Basic Cover
To be covered under this scheme. The tenant must first be credit reference checked by Check Search to ensure their suitability.
The landlord will be covered for the loss of rent following a breach of the Tenancy Agreement for up to a period of six months.

All the above charges are for a period of six months with effect from the date of Check Search’s assessment.
Please note that rent guarantee Insurance can only be obtained with either the full or the premier reference checks. The fee for the credit reference check is not included in the price of the insurance cover.
Prices quoted above are subject to VAT
If the tenant is not suitable and therefore ineligible for the rent guarantee scheme the credit check will be invoiced at the original price.
