Standard Search £7.50
Confirms voters roll, any County Court Judgements and Bankruptcies also any adverse credit registered against the applicant. (The charge applies for the first two addresses searched. Each address after that is charged at £2.00)

Full Applicant Reference Check £15.50
This report would include the standard search plus also confirmation of employment references, banking details, personal referees and landlord references. Where applicable.

Premier Applicant Reference Check £16.50
This report would include the standard search and the full applicant reference check plus would also have a detailed written report fully stating all individual findings on the applicant.

Guarantors £8.00 (full) or £8.50 (premier)
For the full and premier checks the first guarantor will be charged at half price stated in the above charges but does not apply for the standard search. (Please note that the tenant must be assessed first for the half price to be applied)

Company Check (Status Report) £26.00
This report will give you, name of company, and previous names and offices, issued capital, date of last accounts, date of latest returns, changes of directors, winding up petitions, and County Court judgements and unsecured creditor details, five years profit and loss accounts and balance sheet data, salient rations from the accounts, bankers name and address, summary of public record date, credit opinion, credit rating figure.

Status Report With References £31.00
As above, with accountants references, Trade references and bank references etc.

Small Business Report £30.00
This report will be include telephone number, legal from trading styles (if different) trading addresses, date business commenced, number of employees, banker's name and address, (where available) trade references, turnover description of premises, public record data, general history of the business, credit opinion and rating.

Registered Office & Company Profile £3.00
Confirms company registration number, name and office any previous names and offices legal form, issued capital, date of incorporation, accounts reference date, date of latest accounts, date of last returns, indicator of changes in directors, consumer credit licences, dissolved company indicator, previous searches.

Non-Limited Business Credit Search £7.95
Details of County Court Judgments, bankruptcies, consumer credit licences plus electoral roll search on proprietors address where input by applicant.

Financial Analysis & Full Report £26.00
Contains balance sheets, consumer credit licence details, company ratios, previous company searches, profit and loss, registered details and summary of creidt.

Non-Limited Credit Profile £25.00
Report contains (where available); summary profile of the business, adverse data, credit consumer licence data, previous searches, full proprietor profile (where individuals details are input), payment performance information, risk and credit opinions.

Directors Search £6.99
Search contains detailed information on all the directors for this company.
